Growing up, board games were big fun on the weekends and now I'm creating new memories with my own family. But they aren't just for kids, gathering over a game is a great way enjoy the company of others.

Games challenge the mind, spark creativity and foster friendship.

Fun Fact: I belonged to a bridge league in my 20's and was the youngest player by many decades.

I've recently learned how to play Mahjong and was instantly hooked!

Over the past few months, I met up with moms from school on Friday mornings to play and met some great new gals. After a few games, I decided to host my own mahjong game.

Tip: It doesn't matter if your guests know how to play or if they know each other ... in fact 1 lady i invited had never played and won twice!

Don't forget the snacks! Easy sweet & salty bites along with something fun to cheers keeps your guests smiling.
