All the Layers

Winter weather is here to stay, and it looks like for longer than I'd like.

One of the keys to staying warm and fashionable (that's just as important in my book) is to layer. It gives you opportunities to add color, pattern, texture and shine - the elements of a beautiful outfit.

A unique way to layer is to add a vest over a jacket or blazer.

For this outfit I have a blouse, blazer and added a fur vest on top.

Extra warmth while still maintaining movement of my arms and ability to add a coat.

This outfit is more casual with a puffer vest over a denim jacket.

This look has a lot - which is how I like my outfits. This blazer has fun patches that you could recreate yourself. I think it would be cool to use broaches. A sleeveless leather vest in a cropped length creates a contrasting combination with flattering proportions.
