Going Out Tops

The uniform of my 20's for 'going out' still holds true today (with a few tweaks).

A sassy top and black pants is what we wore for nights out whether it was a date or with your girls. I still opt for a black pant every now and then but for the past 10+ years i've chosen jeans. Typically a medium or dark wash in a slim/straigth cut with heels. Heels are a must for a polished and chic look. They do not need to be high thank goodness. Those days are gone!

Since these tops aren't worn often I find it smart not to splurge.

This cami in lace and shiny satin is dressy, modern and topped with a dark blazer is the perfect night out look. Another cami in a pretty color.

Another option is a sheer top. You can go bold with just a nice bra underneath or a tank for more coverage.

Style Tips: Blazers, jewelry, perfume and a small handbag complete a going out look.
