With Spring Break & Summer around the corner you might be thinking of resort wear. Outfits with fun prints and silhouettes that you can't wear back home in your every day life.
But you can wear these pieces outside of vacation ... you just have to get creative! I found this pink crop top at a high end consignment sale and I just love it. I like to think about all the ways I'm going to style pieces in my wardrobe before i purchase them.
I like a maxi skirt with short tops because they balance with coverage and a feminine silhouette.
Style Tip: when wearing a crop top I believe it's best to cover your belly button!
A fun way to wear small tops is to layer them. A crisp white shirt is a great option as the sophistication and blank canvas balances the detail of the strappy top. You can do this with strapless tops and even dresses!
